Information We Collect

When you submit an enquiry form or chat with us on WhatsApp, we collect the information you choose to share, including your name, contact number, city, and details about the procedure(s) you're interested in.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your consultation request, to provide cost estimates, and to schedule appointments — never for any other purpose without your consent.

Confidentiality

We understand that enquiries about gender affirmation surgery are deeply personal, and that confidentiality matters more here than almost anywhere else. From your very first message to us, your consultation is treated as 100% confidential — your information is never shared, sold, or discussed with anyone outside our clinical and administrative team without your explicit permission. You may use a preferred name or minimal identifying details when first reaching out, and our team will always follow your lead on how you'd like to be addressed and how much information you're comfortable sharing at each stage. This commitment to confidentiality continues throughout your entire journey with us — through consultation, planning, surgery and recovery — so that you can focus on your care without worrying about your privacy.

Data Sharing

Your information is shared only with the clinical and administrative staff directly involved in your care. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with insurers, employers, or family members without your consent.

WhatsApp Communication

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to this one.

Cookies

This website may use cookies and similar technologies (including advertising identifiers from Google Ads) for measurement and improvement.

Your Choices

You may request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us using the details below. You may also ask us at any point to pause or stop contact.
